Create new subscription

Go to a product page and select the desired subscription. Click subscribe. The subscription service is completed similarly to our checkout process. Subscription services are not managed in the same shopping cart as one-time purchases, meaning you cannot add subscriptions to your shopping cart at the same time as one-time purchases. Complete one subscription at a time.

You enter delivery details and payment details. If you already have an account with us, log in to complete the subscription service. If you do not have an account, you need to create one. The account gives you the opportunity to manage your subscriptions. Only card payment is possible for a subscription service.

Own account with ongoing subscriptions

To start a subscription to a product, you need to have an account with us. You can create one yourself either in the checkout when you add subscriptions or on our home page at the top right.

With the account you can then see your subscriptions. Here you can change your address and payment details. You can also see your other orders that are one-time purchases.

To update the frequency of your subscriptions, please contact us.

End a subscription

A subscription can be terminated by contacting us via email or chat. A started subscription can be canceled after it has been updated (paid and sent) 2 times. To terminate the next mailing - contact us at least 7 days before it is updated. Log in to your account to see your subscriptions.

Shipping of subscription purchases

We use our usual shipping methods. The delivery time for subscription products is 5-7 working days from the subscription interval. A confirmation email will be sent when the order is on its way.

If multiple subscription products are to be shipped at the same time, there is only one shipping cost per month. Each subscription automatically adds shipping under 700 SEK, but we will adjust it and any extra shipping will be refunded. Shipping is free for subscription services that total more than 500 SEK.

For subscription services exceeding SEK 500 after the 20% discount, all shipping fees are refunded. Refunds of shipping fees are made after a subscription order(s) has been shipped.

Payment and product prices for subscriptions

Since this is a recurring purchase that is handled automatically, the only payment method currently is a registered credit card. The card details can be changed in your account if necessary. Payment will be automatically deducted with each subsequent subscription mailing.

Product prices may be updated during the current subscription. The 20% discount remains and will be deducted from the current price. If we have made a price adjustment and you wish to cancel your pre-subscription, please contact us at info@nobondbeauty.se
